Team Parks recently completed a tenant improvement for Longneck Brew House located on Indian Street in Stuart.  Longneck Brew House is a 3800 square foot space where you can brew your own beer on premise.  It is a complete “hands-on” experience, with the customers acting as the brew masters and learning the essentials of brewing beer.  The facility has a retail home brewing supply store that sells equipment and ingredients for customers who brew their beer at home, and also has a tap room with 24 American craft beers on tap.

 

Team Parks had to work very closely with the owners, design professionals and a group of highly knowledgeable tradesmen to renovate the existing space in order to accommodate the specialty equipment that was purchased for commercially brewing beer.  This facility is one of the few of its kind in the state Florida.
