Ralph H Parks - Founder/Principal
 
Ralph H. Parks established Team Parks in 1977, and has maintained a focus on the local and regional market ever since. He has vast construction experience in development, project management, and owner oversight, in a wide variety of commercial and residential projects to include government, industrial, restaurant, office, medical office, & residential custom homes. Ralph has been involved in all aspects of development and construction from property purchase through certificate of occupancy. Ralph is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Ryan Strom - President, LEED AP

Ryan Strom joined Team Parks in 2004 after previous careers as a field artillery officer in the United States Army, and as a General Manager of a manufacturing firm. He has construction experience in project management, estimating, and scheduling of commercial and residential projects to include government, industrial, restaurant, office, medical office, & residential custom homes. Ryan has been involved in all aspects of development and construction from property purchase through certificate of occupancy. Ryan is a licensed General Contractor as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.
TJ Freitas - Vice President of Operations

TJ Freitas came on board with Team Parks in 2005 after working as a foreman in the machining industry for several years. His construction experience includes project management, estimating and overall supervision of both commercial and residential projects. During his tenure, TJ has focused on the design build of numerous custom residential homes.  TJ is a state licensed General Contractor as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Chris Roden - Project Manager

In the last 25 years, Chris Roden has focused his skills on estimating and project management for luxury custom homes, commercial projects, tenant build-outs, religious institutions and not-for-profit organizations. His inherent understanding of the numerous facets of project estimating, budget analysis, tax savings experience and value engineering have yielded substantial cost savings to the client, enabling projects to stay within budget, leading to consistent customer satisfaction.
Brett Zurich - Project Manager

Brett Zurich was born and raised in Martin County. After graduating from the University of Florida, Brett spent several years working in both the field and the office for a large construction management firm with a focus on Health Care. Brett returned to Martin County in 2004 and has worked his way up from a Superintendent to a Project Manager with Team Parks. Through this time Brett has gained widespread experience in managing all areas of construction from estimating to project management to overall supervision of projects. Brett has outstanding ability to clearly communicate and to ensure that the owner, subcontractors, architects and engineers are all well informed of the project needs and status.
