Team Parks completes renovation at the Conquistador Clubhouse

Team Parks recently completed a renovation at the Conquistador Clubhouse which included the replacement of all exterior doors and windows, updates to the door access control systems, updates to all building entrance areas with ADA landings, new railings, ramps and pavers as well as installing a new modern cantilever type shade structure at the pool deck.

Team Parks recently completed the tenant improvement for Palm Vascular Center in Stuart

Team Parks is pleased to announce the completion of a 5,392 square foot medical office tenant improvement in Stuart. The project consists of 10 exam rooms, conference / training room, reception area, procedure room and break room. Team Parks Realty, LLC (Broker) recently sold the shell building to Palm Vascular, then Team Parks, Inc (General Contractor) coordinated the design and build process with Palm Vascular.
