Team Parks, Inc., a Stuart based residential and commercial general contractor, recently relocated their headquarters to 611 SE Palm Beach Road, in the City of Stuart.  The 11 employee firm has been operating in Martin County since 1977.

“Having a presence in a centrally located and growing corridor was extremely important for us”, states President, Ryan Strom.  “We like the concept of infill development and chose to retrofit an existing two story house into our office, one that blends well with the nearby mix of residential and commercial properties.  TJ Freitas, Vice President expands “we had our landscape architect provide all native vegetation without the use of sod, in order to keep a low maintenance profile, and blend well with the Audubon Society next door.  We are also able to take advantage of the great views out our back windows, overlooking the Possum Long Nature Center”.

Strom explains “we chose to make a significant investment in our local community, as this is a place we live, work, and play.  The two story layout includes a conference room, offices on the first and second floor, break room, expansive outdoor patio area, and an attached storage room.  We want to be able to show client’s material selection samples that we have installed onsite”.

On the commercial side, Team Parks specializes in medical and dental offices, retail, industrial, veterinary clinics and general office space.  Their residential portfolio includes new custom homes ranging from 2,000 SQFT to over 20,000 SQFT, as well as substantial residential retrofits.  They are also members of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, Stuart/Martin Chamber of Commerce, US Green Building Council, and the Florida Green Building Coalition.
