Team Parks, Inc. recently completed a renovation and addition in Port Salerno for Bluewater Editions. An existing vacant bank building was converted into an art gallery and fine art reproduction facility. The renovation consisted of interior demolition, addition of porches on the front of the building, closing in the drive thru and new interior finishes throughout the space.

This project was located with in the Port Salerno CRA. As a result of this, the architectural design met with the guidelines of the CRA for curb appeal and pedestrian friendly access. To showcase the success of the project within the CRA, the project team was asked to present the completed project to the County Redevelopment Agency during their monthly meeting on June 20, 2012.
